The Power of Plants
Welcome to our Yellowwood Education Garden!
This sensory and edible garden is used to educate kids and community members about growing food, gardening sustainably and enjoying nature. Experiencing plants with our senses is a powerful way to connect to the world around us. Spending time with plants has also been found to be good for our wellbeing – being stress-reducing and helping us to feel recharged.

Find a spot to sit in stillness and take some time to focus your attention on what is happening around you by using your senses.
