There will be stories of plant discoveries, plants doing unbelievable things and tales of how our scientists here at the Botanic Gardens are contributing to plant conservation in Australia and across the globe.
The twist? You to decide for yourselves whether the tales are true or not – or how much truth is in them. Be surprised by the whacky world of plants!

This event goes ahead in all weather so come prepared if it looks like it is going to be wet. In the case of an extreme weather warning from the Bureau of Meteorology the event may be cancelled at the discretion of Botanic Gardens of Sydney. In this unlikely instance ticketholders will be notified approximately 2 hours before the program start time via the email they provided on booking and will be issued with a full refund.
