With picnic table seating and shelter for up to 200 guests, this award-winning structure perched above the Marquee Lawn offers panoramic vistas of the surrounding hills and the picturesque lawn.

Enjoy the freedom to personalise your event by bringing your own gas BBQ, food trucks, live music, entertainment, and up to three 3m x 3m pop-up shade structures.

Booking the Lakeside Pavilion also grants exclusive access to the surrounding lawn area.

Event Ranger (4 hour minimum)

  • Event Rangers can be added to your booking to manage RSA and conduct vehicle escorts
  • Event Rangers are mandatory for all after-hours events
  • Ratio is 1 Ranger to every 100 guests
$69 per hour

Vehicle Escort 

  • The Duty Ranger can escort >2 supplier vehicles at one time from P3 directly to the site to unload, and back to P3. The fee is applicable per escort.

$93 per escort 

Note: 

  • All set up and pack down of your event must take place during your booking hours.
  • Fees valid 1 July 2024 – 30 June 2025
