What's included?

Fleet Steps is available for hire for a minimum period of three days.

Fleet Steps is hired as greenspace only. You are responsible for providing all event services and infrastructure required to run your event, such as marquees, staging, audio, lighting, catering, security, fencing, toilets, décor etc.

It is a condition of hire that you engage an experienced event management service provider to deliver your private outdoor event. Your Botanic Gardens venue representative will work closely with your appointed event manager to ensure that they are briefed on the operational delivery requirements of the venue. This will ensure that your event is both safe and successful while also minimising impacts on the natural greenspace.

Prices on application, minimum three-day hire applies.
