Thank you for your interest in booking a Botanic Gardens of Sydney excursion.

Please provide three preferred dates that you would be able to attend an excursion with us. If we are unavailable for your first preference we will confirm availability for your second or third preference. 

If you are only available on one date for your excursion please provide the same date as your three preferences. 




Get real value for your visit! Bring your students for a double lesson day (2 x 2hr excursions) and we will offer you a discounted rate.

To book a double lesson day, select 'Yes' from the drop down below. Then, select two different two different programs appropriate for your students’ Stage. 



We can accommodate a maximum of 90 students in a 2 hour session. If you have more than 90 students, you will need to choose two session start times for the day, with a 30 minute break between each session e.g 10.00 - 12.00 & 12.30 - 2.30.

We offer up to three (3) sessions of the same lesson in each time slot, to accommodate a maximum of 90 students. Alternatively, fill in a separate booking enquiry for a second excursion date.

Maximum 180 students per day in 2 x 2hour sessions of 90 students. Groups larger than 180 will need to book multiple dates.

Teachers and assisting adults attend free of charge.

What happens next? 

The submission of this form is a formal request for an excursion booking at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney on the date/s and time/s specified. Once we receive your form we will arrange your booking according to our availability and will respond with a booking confirmation.
