Parking permits

If you are completing works within the Botanic Gardens of Sydney precinct, including Hospital Road, Art Gallery Road and Mrs Macquaries Road, you are required to book the number of parking spaces you will be occupying for that period.


Botanic Gardens of Sydney rangers conduct random enforcement patrols of its metered parking spaces and action may be taken if you fail to comply to parking rules and obtain the relevant permit.

Rates 

$90 per bay, per 24 hour period 12:00am – 11:59pm.

Notes

  • Rangers will attempt to reserve the parking bays requested, however due to special events or other works exact parking bays requested may not be available. The closest parking bays to that requested will be barricaded.
  • Rangers will barricade off the spaces that have been booked, the onus is on the hirer to manage their spaces.
  • Penalties may apply for misuse of the parking bays or occupying additional bays then booked those that were booked. 

A minimum of 3 parking bays must be booked for any booking.
