The Sunken Garden showcases how Woodland specimens can be successfully reinterpreted and reintroduced, creating a unique and intimate venue perfect for elopement ceremonies. Balancing the man‑made elements and the surrounding nature, the rammed earth wall is a feature to the Sunken Garden.

Note:

Your Venue Hire includes a complimentary wedding photography permit, allowing access for your photos right across the Garden for two hours post-ceremony.

All set up and pack down of your event must take place during your booking hours.

A $1,000 refundable bond is applicable for this venue.

 

Security, cleaning and other fees

Event Ranger (4 hour minimum)

  • Event Rangers can be added to your booking to manage RSA and conduct vehicle escorts
  • Event Rangers are mandatory for all after-hours events
  • Ratio is 1 Ranger to every 100 guests
$67 per hour

Waste removal

  • Clients are to take all waste off-site at the conclusion of the event but if you'd like to save the hassle, red bins can be added to your booking
