Garden Amphitheatre

The new, outstanding Garden Amphitheatre is one of a kind, situated right in the heart of Sydney city, as a versatile venue space to hire for event activations, theatre productions, public talks, marriage ceremonies and more! The area will be swathed in sunlight creating a relaxing, tranquil setting to celebrate memorable events.

The Garden Amphitheatre is located directly behind the Sydney Conservatorium of Music near the peaceful Herb Garden and Pavilion. Arcing from 1.8 to 1.5 metres wide, the grass seats will be scaled to allow comfortable access and seating, easily accommodating 80 people, with informal seating on the perimeter of this space offering greater capacity.

This site is a bare site hire. It includes exclusive use of your location, including set-up and pack-down time.

Hire periods

The minimum booking period is 3 hours, with the option to add on further hours during Garden opening times.

Notes

• All fees are quoted GST inclusive.
• Ranger fees are subject to a minimum of four hours.
• Bookings outside of the Garden opening times will incur an additional ranger fee.
• Duration of event booking includes set up and pack up of the event.
• Maximum of two supplier escorts per booking.
• Additional miscellaneous charges may apply.
