Surrounded by the serene beauty of the Cumberland Plain Woodland, this stunning venue provides the backdrop for a truly unforgettable experience.

The Bowden Centre was architecturally designed with ecological sustainability in mind. The building is lined with timber inside and out, and comprises of a 345m2 structure which houses one large 105m2 space with kitchen facilities, a 50m2 covered entertaining area or outdoor 'classroom' and a 30m long veranda that faces onto the adjoining open green.

The open green space immediately in front of the venue offers endless possibilities for outdoor activities and photo opportunities. The kitchen has a domestic stove, oven, dishwasher, and commercial fridge.

Security, cleaning and other fees

Event Ranger (4 hour minimum)

  • Event Rangers can be added to your booking to manage RSA and conduct vehicle escorts
  • Event Rangers are mandatory for all after-hours events
  • Ratio is 1 Ranger to every 100 guests
$67 per hour

Vehicle Escort 

  • The Duty Ranger can escort >2 supplier vehicles at one time from P3 directly to the site to unload, and back to P3. The fee is applicable per escort.

$90 per escort 

Waste Management 

  • Clients are to supply their own bins and take all waste off-site at the conclusion of the event. If you'd like to save the hassle, 10 x red bins can be added to your booking.

Cleaning 

  • If food and beverage is served, a post-event cleaning fee applies.

  • All fees are quoted GST inclusive
  • Ranger fees are subject to a minimum of four hours
  • Bookings outside of Garden opening hours will incur an additional Ranger fee
